Goods/Materials

After a disaster, there are sometimes people who have lost everything.  Your donation of goods, materials, and food are a vital resource during times of great need.  To find out more on how to donate needed items for the recovery efforts, please email info@OceanCountyLTRG.org

Food

Donated food items are one of the most crucial and pressing resources to residents who have been displaced by Hurricane Sandy. There are several food banks and pantries in Ocean and Monmouth County that are accepting donations. To find one near you, check out the following list:

Required Statement on Charitable Giving

All donations will go directly to the recovery efforts in Ocean County assisting your friends, neighbors and colleagues in rebuilding their lives and our communities. The Ocean County Long Term Recovery group has been designated as a public charity by the Internal Revenue Service. Our EIN is 46-3845002. Therefore, all contributions made to the OCLTRG are tax deductible under section 170 of the tax code.
