Leveraging OCLTRG’s vast experience with disaster survivors, (An OCLTRG Initiative) works nationwide to provide guidance and resources during the early days following a disaster.As an example, has deployed to Texas to help with individual households and their communities to take the first step on the long journey of recovery from Hurricane Harvey. We are hard at work finding creative and collaborative solutions to the obstacles faced by survivors and the organizations designed to assist them.
The assistance offered to disaster survivors and community leaders by is one-of-a-kind and integral to insuring homeowners receive the necessary resources for putting their lives back together as quickly as possible.

Donated food items are one of the most crucial and pressing resources to residents who have been displaced by Hurricane Sandy. There are quite a number of food banks and pantries along the Jersey Shore that accept donations. The Ocean County Long Term Recovery group has been designated as a public charity by the Internal Revenue Service. Our EIN is 46-3845002. Therefore, all contributions made to the OCLTRG are tax deductible under section 170 of the tax code.
